1. When we entered inside the apartment I was not able to walk inside full of beach sands and we were forced to clean entire house and kitchen before we hitting the bed. Kitchen utensils are not clean and very old. 2. Parking is always problem every night I have to park outside somewhere and walk back to apt. Over all liked the place

The fist night there was noise outside after 10pm, the A/C units are loud, we had a hard time getting some sleep the first night because of the A/C units going on and off constantly, so we changed the mode the second night and were able to get better sleep, but A/C units need to be updated, for those who want the convenience of designated parking or parking on site, this place will not work for you, parking is on a first comes first goes basis, parking is not easy to find, you can not park outside in just any area, there is an area nearby, but even then it is hard to find parking, but if you plan to walk or take an uber you should be ok, if you have to carry a lot of bags, request an apartment downstairs since there is no elevator, all this is mentioned on their website..also there is a CANCELLATION FEE, modifications and cancellations are treated the same way, I had to modify my trip, so I had to pay for the first night even though we could not make it…just as an FYI

Don't waste your time...

At first, it looked as though the apartment was nice, but as we stayed more, we ran into the following issues: * Loud noises as the apartment above was being renovated. They left that detail out of the booking DEAL. I could hear them nailing and working well after 10PM. I had to complain in order for it to stop two nights in a row. * The bathrooms were dirty, there was mold/mildew stains in the shower, the toilet had human feces stains in it, bedding was stained and dirty with what appeared to be blood or possibly feces. * The floors was dirty with dust, various debris, etc on the floor. You couldn't walk without sandals because it would all stick to your feet. * Advertising on hotels.com was not honest, the images they show are not even of the building, even though the apartments were. We tried to get out of our second night, but they refused. They agreed to clean the apartment the next day, however they never actually did clean the apartment. We ended up being stuck with another dirty night. I've attempted to solve this peacefully via management, but I've never heard anything back. So I will need to contact hotels.com and my credit card company for charge backs now. My recommendation is to stay away until these issues can be rectified.

O ambiente em si não é ruim, as instalações e utensílios de cozinha eram bons, toalhas e lençóis eram limpos, porém a limpeza do todo deixa a desejar. Os sofás, cortinas, almofadas e tapetes estavam imundos.

Excelente ubicación , no recomiendo caminar de noche ya que es muy solo. O quizás la fecha en la que fui. Muy cómodo, limpio , espacioso. La cocina tenía todo lo que necesitaba. Me volvería alojar allí.

We were locked out of our room the first night and no one would answer the phone it took us an hour to get ahold of someone through what’s app. There was an additional fee we had to pay through Zelle before getting the code. The neighbors were screaming at each other you could hear them in the hall… the minimal parking was a problem… I will not be returning to the “hotel”

We stayed a few nights over spring break. The building is a little older but is mostly updated. The kitchen and bathroom were very nice. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean when we arrived. You can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. The pool was nice and clean. The gym is small but does have dumbbells and a bench. There is a free trolley system that can get you to most places from south to north beach. You can communicate with the owner on Whatsapp. We had one issue with our keypad and the owner fixed it remotely and right away. Good spot for families. I have no complaints.

The stay wasn't great. The AC units are super old, and the living room just couldn't stay cool—way too hot. The bedrooms were a bit better temperature-wise but still old and really noisy. The location's good, though.

Parking was very difficult. Would end up parking anywhere from 3 to 5 blocks away on the street. There was no hot water throughout the entire unit. TVs did not work whatsoever. Even tried changing the batteries into controller with my own still would not work is just very dingy looking and run down not very kept up with. Would I stay here again only if it is the only option and I have no other choice but to. All provided kitchen utensils, and eatery was just nasty. I would not feed my dog off of them I would not recommend to use.

Don’t stay here!!’

I would not recommend this place. Upon arrival, unit door unlocked and place was filthy. Beer bottles on nightstand, half eaten food left on table, floor lamp broken, couch cushions stained, bed linens all over. Called to complain. Eventually moved to another unit which was sufficient. However, at 7:30 that evening, received a call to say that we had to move again into original unit which was finally being cleaned. Was given no other option but to move. Left and stayed at a hotel. Was not even given a refund for one night. Terrible business. Great way to start a family vacation.
