I had the 1 bedroom apartment with balcony facing street. Windows were floor to ceilings full kitchen with dishwasher all new appliances there is a big pool that was freezing cold and a spacious gym also sauna and parking available. The whole apartment was spacious and beautiful also very safe the neighborhood was safe tons of restaurants. But if you’re looking for a thrill go to south beach. This area is rich and classy lol.

This room is not at all what is shown online NO KITCHEN. And the reviews say they are suits and has a kitchen nope a basic room not worth 800 plus dollars at all it also says it’s good for families with a baby where in the closet???

Excellent location in Downtown Doral. But I had to fight to get free parking even though the property description does not mention paid parking. My room had a plumbing problem (which they fixed). There was no desk/work area. The bath towels were hidden in a drawer and not obvious to find. Overall, nice property but many small annoying inconveniences.

Beautiful building and apt.however the balcony was dirty with some droppings that looked like mouse droppings,I reported it but was told they had no mice,I took picsThe bathroom floor on the main room had hair but I know a hair can be missed,in general the apt needed some TLC and a deep cleaning. The carpet on the hallway on my floor had brown stains,it also needs a good steam cleaning, the apt area rug needs replacement or a good cleaning. I refrained from reporting anything else as the front desk's attitude is terrible and they are not knowledgeable. Another guest told me not to ask anything as they didn't "know anything," didn't know what her issue was with them but she was angry. I also started my stay by being given TWO damaged elevator keys. I spent a good hour going back and forth with them to the elevator as the "control was new." Maybe it was, but it didn't work. The third time was a charm! All this fun with two tired kids in tow. I got a parking ticket while parked in the garage and displaying a temporary parking tag upon arrival,I was told I had to fight it with the city,UGH! Stressful stay for sure!

La primer noche se nos cortó la luz...estuvimos 4horas reclamando nunca fue solucionado...tuvimos q dormir sin luz,ac hasta el siguiente día...hasta que nos cambiaron de departamento el servicio de atención quedó de contactarnos y NUNCA nos contactaron... finalmente al hacer el checkout nos dieron como respuesta que como hicimos la reserva a través de Expedia deberíamos hacer a uds el reclamo.

Room and view were beautiful. Coming from NC we were not prepared for the language barrier we experienced with the staff. It was difficult and took much longer to express concerns. But, we worked around it! Overall, good experience.

The advertisement promise Pool, but Pool is in reparations, the elevator is broken only work one the property has two One elevator isn’t enough.
