Very poor customer service at the property
We arrived at the property at 7:45pm and went to the front desk as instructed. There was a line of about 20 people in front of us and after waiting for 15 minutes with no guests having been taken of, we decided to leave and have dinner in the area. We went back to the property at around 9 pm and even though there were only 2 people in front of us, it took 1 hour for the check-in and valet processes to be completed. There are only 2 elevators and they are extremely busy all the time, so be ready to wait a while every time you need to take them. The valet service is efficient. Text 15 minutes ahead of time to minimize your wait. The apartment is very spacious, the location is great and offers beautiful views. You can walk to the beach from the apartment and the pool is really nice. However, the apartment itself did not look like the pictures on Vrbo. It lacks decor and ambiance. It is run down and the finishes are cheap: walls, baseboards and doors with scuff marks/dirt; the TVs did not work - we had to text and contact the front desk 4 times; very basic supplies. On the day of our departure, we were ready to check out by 11 am, as stated on the Vrbo app, but were surprised to receive a text telling us that check out was at 10 am. Not sure if the management company is looking to turn over the apartments as quickly as possible, but that was completely rude and misaligned with the Vrbo posting.
