The Fountain is an intimate and private oasis located on a quiet neighborhood street and its three newly rejuvenated Art Deco structures have been entered into the National Registry of historic buildings. The Fountain also features a pool, as well as a landscaped courtyard patio area.

The Fountain is a great vacation rental steps away from Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue, the beach and landmarks such as South Pointe Park. The Fountain is stylishly Deco set in a functional design that integrates luxury with an active lifestyle.

We went from Germany to Miami in August with our two children (ages 4 and 8) and had a wonderful time. The flat was lovely. Everything you need is available. It is in a quiet and well maintained residential area. We felt very comfortable and safe. In 5 minutes you are at the Beach (walking distance!!!). A small supermarket is right around the corner. It was so relaxing to park our rental car in front of the house. We would definitely love to come back. We would like to thank you very much for the great time in our "Miami home"! The location is perfect, it's close to the South beach, food stores and restaurants. Lola helps us to resolve the issue with the AC very fast. The apartment has everything we needed, it's clean and comfortable. Washer and drier were very helpful. We'd recommend this place for 2.

Super Pleased!!
Really enjoyed my time at Lola”s studio . It was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect and we felt very safe walking in the neighborhood at night. Delicious restaurants within walking distance, and grocery stores also. Lola was an exceptional hosts , answered all my texts very promptly. And even overextended her role and helped me secure a parking pass for one of my guests that drove in. Strongly recommend this awesome little studio , in Miami. Beach vacation for family of 4 (with boys!)
Our family (8 and 10 year old boys) enjoyed our stay at this location. Central, easy to move around South of Fifth. Walking access to Publix, Target, Walgreens, etc. Easy to have Instacart deliver groceries. Everything was as described- we had a great week!
