My stay at the smart brickell was good. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were nice and friendly. Whenever we called for towels or anything. It was brought to our room with no issues. The sound level was great, our room was super quiet besides the outside noise from the construction going on around the hotel because they’re building on a parking garage across from it so that’s outside of their control. It’s near a lot of things like the shopping center, lots of food spots. Publix etc. . It was good. The only thing I would’ve wanted was greater lighting in the room (it wasn’t bad at all, it’s just my preference) and I would’ve wanted a safe in the room as well. Outside of that, great pricing, great location, nice staff, it was very clean and quiet.

Property was nice and convenient for everything we wanted to do while in Miami. We did have some minor inconveniences - like no shower curtain and the vending machine at night didn’t work. However, wasn’t anything we couldn’t navigate through.

Chambre au top, literie très confortable, chambre très bien équipé (micro onde, cafetière, canapé) L’accès à l’hotel est assez compliqué à comprendre pour la première fois, Il n’y a pas le nom de l’enseigne sur l’immeuble, de plus il est situé juste à coté d’un gros chantier en travaux mais dans l’ensemble je recommande cette hotel.

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay at Smart Brickell Hotel very much, from check-in till check-out we had only nice and positive experience. Staff are all very friendly, room is clean and spacious, bed also comfortable! This hotel is more like apartment hotel , is our first try, we think it is our very good choice! Location of hotel is top, we can walk to metro-mover station (Brickell) and supermarket in the near . To the Brickell City Center Mall also only 6-8 min. walk. We will recommend this hotel to everyone, and surely we will also be back !

Nearby shopping was excellent. Local restaurants convenient also. We will stay there again. Maybe as a 4 or 5 day get a way. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only negative was the pool water was so cold, we could not get in past our ankles. However, we'll be back!

Overall the hotel was nice and the room was very clean, which I appreciated. However, I booked this hotel specifically because of the pool, and it did not match the pictures shown on the website. The pool was not very clean and there was construction around the entire view, which was disappointing. I think this should be updated online so guests know what to expect, especially if amenities like the pool are a deciding factor. I ended up going to the beach instead, which was beautiful but more expensive than I had planned since I expected to spend time at the pool.

Felt compelled to share a review so other travelers are aware of what they’re booking. The best way to describe this hotel is bare minimum. It looks fancy and nice from the pictures they show, but they definitely take advantage of the area they’re in to charge the price. That being said, the location was very ideal. So if you’re OK, overlooking other shortcomings just for the location then that’s on you. The floors were absolutely filthy in our hotel. You couldn’t tell, but after walking around a little bit the bottom of your feet or socks were absolutely disgusting. They don’t have anything extra accommodation wise in the rooms. You have to ask for everything like an iron or extra K cups for your coffee. With that being said, there was no way to contact the front desk via their phone in the rooms. You had to actually walk down to ask for an iron or other things. It was absolutely minimalist accommodations. The side tables were also wobbly like they were cheaply put together and the TV stand, If you can call it that, was also slanted and wobbly like it almost might fall off. The AC was also terrible. Overall, it was quiet and we got a good night rest before our trip. Also keep in mind that it is right across from some major construction project. They start working very early and we could hear them through our balcony window. I would definitely not book there again just due to the lack of value.
