The Space:

Inside the condo, unwind in the spacious living room, complete with a cozy sitting area and a TV for your entertainment. The modern kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, is perfect for preparing your favorite meals, and the inviting dining area is ideal for gathering together. The master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a luxurious king-size bed, while the guest bedroom provides two comfortable full-size beds. ● 1–7 nights: $30 per day

● 8–14 nights: $25 per day

● 15–29 nights: $20 per day

● 30+ nights: $300 per month + $10 per additional day.



Incidental Security Deposit – $250 (Refundable)



A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or charges.



The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no deductions are applied.



Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

• Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).



A 3% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.
