Welcome to your dream retreat in Sunny Isles Beach! This cozy and modern 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and sophistication, with a spacious 1005 SQ FT layout. Situated just 500 feet away from the pristine beach, this 7th-floor oasis provides breathtaking views of both the ocean and heritage park.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring stainless steel appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine, and elegant stone countertops. Enjoy the convenience of high-speed WIFI and unwind in the open-concept living area, complete with a smart TV, cable TV, and a comfortable sofa bed for additional guests. Share delightful meals at the dining table accommodating 6 guests.

Retreat to the bedroom where a king-size bed awaits, complemented by modern furniture, a TV, and a spacious walk-in closet. Pamper yourself in the well-appointed bathroom.

The building offers a host of amenities, including a heated swimming pool, tennis court, and a fully equipped gym. Everything was wonderful, weather was great and the view was beautiful. Though the couch was a bit uncomfortable and definitely does not fit for two people, maybe two children but not adults. We would definitely stay here again.
