Terrible experience

My friend and I had very bad experience staying at this place. When I originally booked the apartment, nothing was mentioned or described in the listing about constructions that will be happening. A day before my arrival , I was told that the access to the balcony will be closed . I was a bit upset about the situation but Ok I get it - its out the hosts control . The discount was mentioned but the amount was not specified. But the most important and disturbing part was not mentioned at all. The terrible jackhammer noise in my bedroom that was going non stop from 8:30 am to 4 pm every day during my stay . I was not able to relax or be able to be in a room at all due to the noise!!! This is really terrible!! Proper discount should be given to anyone who is staying in such awful conditions without any warnings! The hosts ignored my request for appropriate discount however it was given to others who stayed there just a week prior.

No Construction mentioned on my rental

Balcony was seal off when I arrived because of repairs. And it was not mentioned when renting the apt. The Balcony was the main reason I rented I think I should get some apology and credit for not being truthful about the noise with the jackhammer during the days that I was there because of the repairs of the balcony’s on my side of that building.
