The property is getting run down. The bathroom showers need to be redone. Unfortunately we will not be staying here in the future

This property is located on Bay Harbor area of Miami Beach and within walking distance of the beach. The hotel is an older property but it is not dated. I found the decor pleasing and the check-in process was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was assisted with my luggage and surprisingly Michael delivered my bag to my room. I didn’t stay at the property because of it offered free breakfast and those reviews didn’t deter me from booking a room. The priority was being able to see and visit Miami Beach and enjoy the city.

The property is in a great location. I’ve stayed several times for business as I have a client nearby. This visit I had a few problems with the room cleanliness and the shower not having hot water. The staff immediately moved to another room and was very helpful. The team there is always a pleasure to interact with.

It was in a quiet area and looked charming inside. The shower enclosure was not extended enough that taking a shower causes water to splash out onto the toilet area. The furnishings look updated. The breakfast offering was unremarkable. But I guess at that price, the whole place was adequate.
