Der Junge David von der Reception war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele Tips von Miami gegeben. Leider haben wir das Personal nicht so motiviert gespürt. Ich habe mich nicht so ganz wohl gefühlt.

We chose this hotel because it was one of the few in the south beach area with a 2 bedroom suite. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby, bar and restaurant area are nicely furnish but arriving at 3 p.m. prime time afternoon we couldn’t get a cold drink or a bite to eat until 6 p.m. and would have to go to filling station next door for food and drink. We were also told that parking was off site about 1/2 mile away and that they no longer offered valet service so we would have to self park and walk back to the hotel. 4star hotels in the USA don’t work this way. Hotels that charge $455 per night don’t operate this way. Hotel staff listened to our concerns but showed no interest in helping us with our concerns. Hotel is not really centrally located to much of anything. We stay in South Beach often but will never return to this hotel

This is our second time at the Vintro. Loved the restaurant backing onto the estuary and the roof garden. Nice to escape the craziness for awhile.

The room itself was clean and in fairly good condition. The pool was disappointing and the area around the pool needed updating. There were dead plants around the pool, areas needing painting, chipped tables and flooring. The lobby is dark and could use new furnishings.

The property was decent for the price on offer. We were going to check out, but extended due to the boat show going on. 2,500.00 Euros cask in an envelope was stolen from our room. That dampened the whole trip. Please be careful booking here and leaving your valuables in the room. I think they thought we would be checking out.

The staff was excellent. David is a real gentleman, The restaurant ‘Ola’ is very impressive and not to be missed if you enjoy Latin food.

Das Zimmer schloss sich unmittelbar an die Theke der Hotelbar an, was zu einem unfassbar hohen Lautstärkenpegel führte (!) und einzig mit Ohrstöpseln zu ertragen war. Kein Fenster im Zimmer (!) dafür habe ich Ameisen und Motten gezählt (!). Weiter fiel auf: - Zimmer insgesamt eher „schmuddelig“ - Telefonhörer hat gefehlt - Frühstück sehr simpel und nicht empfehlenswert - Design der öffentlichen Aufenthaltsräume im Hotel ganz ansprechend - Personal sehr freundlich - Lage gut, unweit vom Strand entfernt. Partymeile ca. 25 Minuten Spaziergang. Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (170€ für das Zimmer, nur Doppelbelegung). Miami Beach ist allgemein ein teures Pflaster. Ich würde dennoch ein besseres (teureres) Hotel empfehlen.

Very nice property. So close to everything! We just wished we had time to enjoy their eatery - the menu looked great and it was so cute! The front desk person was so helpful and friendly. Loved it!

$3 for a small bottle of water in the room!

전반적으로 첫인상은 좋습니다. 체크인 담당직원도 친절하고 아마존 등에서 주문한 물건들도 잘 받아서 방까지 가져다 줬어요. 방의 첫인상도 좋습니다. 방에 카펫이 없긴 하지만 그 덕분에 방이 더 청결하게 유지되고 번지도 없어요. 위치도 좋아요. 마이애미 비치가 걸어서 십분이내. 간단한 조깅이나 산책을 원하는 사람들에겐 더할나위없이 좋은 위치와 조건이예요. (물론 마이애미다 보니까 건물 곳곳에서 찌든 담배 냄새는 좀 있습니다. 다행히 방안은 괜찮아요) 그 모든 좋은 인상이 체크아웃하면서 다 깨졌어요. 보통 호텔에 들어가면 두개의 물통이 있잖아요. 손님들을 위해 프리로 제공하죠. 선진국이나 후진국이나 거의 예외가 없었던 것 같아요. 간혹 제공하지 않는 경우는 아예 방에 물통을 두지 않죠. 그런데 이 호텔은 방에 물통이 두개 있더라구요. (에비앙 같은 척보면 아는 고급생수도 아니예요) 그냥 누가 봐도 서비스 생수예요. 그런데, 이걸 체크아웃할 때 3불씩 요구합니다. 저는 2일을 묵었고 하루에 두통씩 4병을 마셨어요. 뭔가 강탈당한 느낌? 크레딧카드 디파짓은 걸어뒀고 그들의 요구에 응할 수 밖에 없습니다. 이건 좀 아니죠.

Great location, modern hotel, very clean, great water pressure in the shower and good products, bedding nice and soft and comfortable sleep. Close to the beach, friendly welcome by the staff. BUT - be warned (as the staff told us on check out), this is a modern build hotel and sound insulation was not high on agenda when it was built. First night I was awoken several times from the neighbours, and the second night noise from above sounded like someone in high heels constantly walking around on tiles. Tip - if you are put on level 1, it leads straight from the bar, just close the door to the bar when you go to bed so shut off that noise. Otherwise - very happy with the price I paid for the location and cleanliness.

Hôtel très beau et très accueillant tout le long du séjour, les chambres sont très sympa et bien aménagées. Lors de notre retour vers la France, notre vol a été retardé d’environ 10h et nous faisait partir à 3h du matin. Nous avons expliqué notre problèmatique au personnel de l’hotel qui a été tres compréhensif car il nous a gardé nos valises et nous a autorisé à rester dans l’etablissement. Nous avons pu profiter du magnifique bar et du très somptueux toit terrasse. Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour un séjour à Miami.
