「Spoke to staff several times about a room. It was not communicated specifics needed till after I arrived to check in Room was clean but outdated. No dresser… no chair to desk… none working remotes controls.. cable error… Was not explained complimentary happy hour and beach towels My first stay was awesome. This trip was disappointing」

「The Front Desk staff was professional and courteous throughout our stay. Gustavo the bellman was very courteous and helpful with all our bags and packages. 「We stayed at this property during the Coconut Grove Art Festival weekend. It is right in the middle of restaurants, shops, walks in the park and by the water, and of course the festival. The big room - which is located nearly at the top of a hotel that includes regular rooms and residences - is divided into a kitchen area and a bedroom area, with a comfortable king-size bed.
