“Looking at booking the reservation thru Expedia - it was expressed there were only three rooms left. The reality was only two rooms were booked. All the rest were not. I’m not sure if the property owner or Expedia is responsible for being dishonest. I have to think more deeply when I book thru Expedia - unless I can get a better answer. The property and room were clean and well maintained.”

“I will say the Hotel was good except for the pool and the Hot tub. I did not feel safe with my kids swimming in there, it had a lot of chlorine. You couldn’t breathe inside that room, We had a terrible headache after being in there for 10 minutes, my kids were coughing so I had to get them out. When I told the front desk person he didn’t seem to care about it.”

“Hotel is brand new and modern. Everything feels clean and updated, breakfast was also great and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Best hotel I have stayed in a while.”

“Staff was very good and we were given clear instructions on where to get the key because we were arriving about 9pm. The room seemed very clean except there were some very large stains on the carpet near the front door, other than this the room appeared to be clean. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and nice. I had a little beep the first night coming from the dishwasher but they took care of it very quickly. They were very nice and helpful. A very clean comfortable hotel.”

“The staff were wonderful and helpful. We skipped the breakfast as we chose to eat at Elmers. The breakfast time ended at 9 am (too early for late evening arrivals). I would stay here again if I am traveling that way.”

“You never saw staffing, no one kept up on cleaning the rooms. The tv and internet were never connected always had problems with it. Also, the location is horrible right off the freeway, it was always very loud.”

“Before I start with my honest review I have been a housekeeper for hotels/str for 10 years I want to say beware the pool has jagged tiles/thick chipped paint my 6yo sliced two of her toes on the stairs to the pool and I was made aware this is not the first incident. Breakfast was minimal but covered the basic options, staff was overall friendly, other than the woman who checked us in she didn't give us the run down of info regarding breakfast, internet or inform us of a 50$ deposit but we……

“Honestly, it was the staff. The greetings, smile and willingness to assist you were excellent! Breakfast was good and the flowers around the property were beautiful. Beds were comfortable as well.”
