“Everything was fine until we arrived. Upon check in. we notices the signage that the pool was under maintenance. When we were walking to our room on the second floor, there was a terrible smell of sewerage in the hallway. Once we were in our guest room, we did not smell the sewerage. Upon our checkout, we had to find someone from valet to get our vehicle.”

“Pine Lake Resort is our go to hotel.
They have the biggest and nicest pool of any hotel we have been to in the area.
Unos pizza is excellent and attached to the hotel.
Our favorite thing though is the staff. They are all very friendly and extremely helpful. Smit the front desk clerk is a wonderful young man, he goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. This young man's amazing disposition is honestly what made us fall in love with this location.
As much as we look forward to……
