"Room was great. The grab and go breakfast sandwich was not very good."

Motto By Hilton New York City Times Square

Motto By Hilton New York City Times Square

10/10 Excellent
"Motto gets so many things right. The location is perfect — close to Times Square and so much of Midtown, which made it incredibly easy to use as a base, head out for a few hours, and come back to reset before going out again. What I loved most was how intentional the whole hotel feels. The lobby, seating areas and The Alderman bar are beautifully planned, and there is an immediate sense of calm when you step inside — yet the moment you walk out, you are right back in the energy of New York. The room itself is compact but very cleverly designed, calming and extremely functional. Every bit of space feels considered rather than cramped. I also really appreciated how easy and comfortable the lobby was for a drink or a quick pause between plans. For a Midtown stay, especially if the priority is location, thoughtful design and having a genuinely pleasant place to return to throughout the day, this is a fantastic base. I would happily stay again."

Washington Plaza Hotel

Washington Plaza Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"My only criticism relates to the fact that the lobby was under construction so not as attractive as it could be. Rooms could be refaced but serviceable. Staff in every respect -- counter restaurant bell hop -- were extremely helpful and courteous. d"

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel

8/10 Good
"All was good up until I packing my things to check out. One the male cleaners knocked on my door and when I didn’t answer, he actually opened the door to ask if I was checking out. Check out was at 11 am and when he came to my door it was 10:30 am. I told him that it was not ok that he opened my door. At check out, there was no staff available to tell what happened so I’m leaving this review. It is not safe to have male cleaners open doors randomly. There has to be a better system."
