Leider wurde ein standardisiertes Anschreiben an uns gesendet, mit der falschen Wohnmobilheim Nummer. Auch der zugesandte Anhang war nicht perfekt und der Schlüsselkasten hatte für die unterschiedlichen Heime die gleiche Nummer womit dann nicht aufgefallen ist, dass man sich im falschen Heim befand. Das wurde aber dann noch am gleichen Tag geklärt, obwohl es für uns sehr unangenehm war. Von Seiten Belvilla, die wir über den Vorfall per E-Mail informiert hatten, haben wir leider keine Antwort erhalten. Es fehlen noch so dies und das in den Schränken. Zu bemängeln gibt es, dass zwar von den Tellern und Besteck genügend vorhanden ist, es aber nur 3 Tassen im Schrank gibt. Eventuell könnte man auch im Anschreiben die vorhandene Kapselmaschine erwähnen. Kleiderbügel waren erst gar nicht vorhanden. Garderobenhaken (vielleicht für an die Türen) fehlten genau so, wie ein Klopapierhalter. Das WC war auch extrem klein. Unsere Unterkunft war offensichtlich nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Unter dem Sofa befand sich noch ein grünes Handtuch und unter einem Bett standen noch Hausschuhe.

Een nette stacaravan waar je prima met zijn vieren kan zijn. Opgemaakte bedden en niet te ver van het strand. Een heerlijke rustige camping. Helaas misten we wel redelijk veel keukeninventaris, o.a. maar 3 bekers voor 4 en weinig bestek. Je moet dus wel vaak vaatwasser aan doen of afwassen. Ook was er maar 1 badhanddoek voor 8 dagen. Gelukkig had ik voor iedereen 1 extra mee, maar er staat aangegeven dat het er is en heb er zelfs over gemaild of het aanwezig was en dat was er maar toch voor iedere persoon 1 is vrij weinig. Als dit verbetert heb je een prima vakantie adres, de eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en mailen vrij snel terug. Er lag geen keukenlinnen en dat is nagebracht.
