I really enjoyed my stay at the Cosy apartment with sunny terrace, The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach and some cute cafes nearby like La Cabana Beach Bar, The apartment was spacious enough for my friends and me, and we appreciated the separate toilet from the bathroom, that was a nice touch, It was clean, and had all the basic amenities we needed, just remember to bring your own towels and sheets, The view from the terrace was a highlight for sure, we had our morning coffee out there every day, Definitely would stay again!

Het feit dat de badge niet werkte om het terrein te verlaten, heeft ons heel wat miserie bezorgd. Boze blikken van de mensen van het domein (precies of wij criminelen waren) en discussies. Gelukkig was het kantoor, waar we de sleutel moesten ophalen, nog open maar die hadden niet echt een oplossing. Er waren ook geen soepkommen of diepe borden in de woning. Het was ook niet helemaal duidelijk hoe de rolluiken in de slaapkamers dicht moesten. Een verdoken rolluiklint, dat ik pas de laatste dag ontdekte. Voor de rest wel tevreden over de woning en de locatie. Ook het feit dat er een sleutel was om langs het poortje naar buiten te gaan, was zeker een meerwaarde.

Sterk verouderd en aan renovatie toe. Kasten vielen uit elkaar. Volgens omschrijving zou er een zwembad zijn en een vaatwasser. Beiden niet aanwezig. Was zelfs geen douche aanwezig. Enkel een doucheslang die niet bevestigd kon worden in bad. Behang laat door vocht los. Badkamer is echt heel slecht. Hingen in de woonkamer zelfs geen gordijnen. Wel rolluiken aanwezig maar om die de hele dag dicht te hebben? Algehele staat was sterk verouderd. De ramen op de kleine slaapkamer waren defect. Ligging gewoon perfect. Parkeerplek op 15 minuten lopen in een garagebox in een prive park/woningen. Deze kon niet afgesloten worden. Een grote auto past niet omdat (denk ik). Accomodatie was wel schoon. Er was gepoetst maar het stonk naar vocht. Er werden zelfs behoorlijk veel medicijnen door mijn dochter aangetroffen in het dressoir. Dit kan gewoon niet! Ze is oud genoeg om dit te melden aan mij. Moet er niet aan denken als kleine kinderen hiervan gaan snoepen.... Deze accommodatie niet voor herhaling vatbaar. In deze staat zou het niet verhuurd mogen worden.

De ligging is mooi. Echter in de omschrijving staat dat er gebruik gemaakt kon worden van een zwembad. Er is geen zwembad! Ook staat er dat er een vaatwasser aanwezig is. Die is er niet. Het appartement zou in deze staat eigenlijk niet verhuurd mogen worden. Er is veel achterstallig onderhoud! Behang laat overal los en de kasten in de keuken en badkamer vallen uit elkaar. Het tegelwerk in de badkamer is echt slecht. Je kunt je alleen douchen in bad met een losse douchekop. Deze is niet te bevestigen. De voegen van de tegels zijn niet meer goed en helemaal zwart. Het bed op de kleine slaapkamer (matras) is aan vervanging toe. Dit zou in deze staat niet meer verhuurd mogen worden!!!
