“The home is beautiful! The owners did an amazing job to make us feel welcomed and at home. They provided us we unexpected amenities like coffee creamer, bottle water and even a bottle of wine. We greatly appreciated the free Netflix especially since ti rained during part of our stay. The location is ideal for our weekend adventures.”

“The property was just down a gravel road that any car could tackle, one of our group had a Prius. In a just perfectly slight remote area of WV. Just far enough off the beaten path. There were some noisy dogs but they weren’t out all the time. The roosters crowing in the distance was definitely better than hearing a V8 engine screaming down the road and we liked that part. “Stayed four nights while our house was listed for sale. Had everything we needed, clean and comfortable and a great location a stone’s throw from all the coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques of downtown Leesburg. Bonus was the flower and garden festival. Location was mostly quiet but some street noise during the day/evening only which is to be expected so not an issue at all. House is wonderfully historic with all modern amenities/new upgraded appliances!”

“We had a great stay at this townhouse in Charles Town. We were there to visit Harper’s Ferry which was about a 15 minute drive. The townhouse is new, nicely decorated and comfortable. Check in was easy. Allowing pets with an added fee was a bonus. We did not need to contact the host but did exchange some texts so knew they were available if needed.”

Much of the furniture, including the mattresses, is old and not necessarily the most comfortable, but the rest makes up for it.”

“The place is stunning and exactly like the photos. Everyone had plenty of space, even if you just wanted to find somewhere to be by yourself, you can. The hosts are excellent when it comes to communicating, very accommodating, and quick to respond. I definitely would ask and recommend the rental of the downstairs area. “We have stayed in VRBO properties since before COVID times, and enjoy them for the ability to “live like a local” in either new places or areas we are quite familiar with. We chose the cottage to be central in Leesburg and meet up with family and friends over the Easter break. It was an easy walk to shops and restaurants, but we also were happy to have space to visit with the family and share a home-cooked meal. The beds and living areas were comfortable, and the sweet little garden in full……

“It's a decent place to stay. The building is modern, clean, and suite is well equipped. A few minor grips. 6 soft low quality pillows does not substitute for 1 good firm pillow! The neighborhood is safe, but as is the case in many US suburbs/exurbs it's not really walkable. There are areas where the sidewalks just end, and they are not well lit at night, say if you are walking to supermarket. The building gym, looks great but the equipment eg. the elliptical trainers are poor quality glitchy.”
