"Besides the many homeless that were both sleeping in the lobby, eating the breakfast, and crowding the entrance/exit, the morning we were checking out, the ceiling started leaking water directly over the toilet, which not only splashed onto the toilet paper, but was dripping both water and ceiling pieces over the toilet The girl who checked me in was lovely and I wanted to have a positive opinion, but I felt unsafe and couldn’t use the bathroom the morning we left"

"We were charged $152 per pet $304 total for my two little dogs for a cleaning fee for one night so I paid more for my pets than the room. Our dogs are hyper allergenic and have hair so they don't shed and are cleaner than most people. Will never stay there again. "
