「The cottage was clean and comfortable. We loved the shower and the fenced in backyard. Coffee bar was well stocked and lots of games to entertain. Great place to stay and will book again!!」

「Quaint weekend getaway. Love the hummingbird theme.」

「Though the decor was nice the place didn't function well. The toilet gurgled, the kitchen sink drained extremely slow and the furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The couch cushion was so worn you didn't feel it, you felt the frame. The beds were hard. The fridge is small, like a dorm room fridge. From the post it seemed you were closer to the water than you are. We booked for 2 nights and left after 1 knowing we wouldn't get a refund. We booked hoping to make it a fishing weekend so after...

「Absolutely love this property! It was perfect for me and my wife and our small dogs. Super easy to get to with a very convenient, yet quiet location. Also, if you're not local and are still seeing the pictures from when the lake was drained, it is back and is wonderful!」

「This place was cute and cozy! The view of the lake was very beautiful! The host, Cindy, had quick communication and was accommodating. I would for sure stay here again!!」

「Beautiful location on Sanford Lake and easy access from the freeway. Happy to have a pet friendly place to stay. Rooms/amenities matched the Experian description well. Rooms are small as you would expect in a cabin but I appreciated the "dresser" for unpacking stuff and the closet (though maybe put a few hangers in there for your guests to use). Overall, really enjoyed the visit. The couch was not the most comfortable to sit on -- that would be my one suggestion for improvement.」

「The property had many great things that were not in the listing. One complaint is very minor - No can opener.」

「From our initial booking throughout our entire stay, everything was perfect! The 2-bedroom, 1 bath cabin is beautiful, spacious, clean, well furnished, and well maintained. The property is surrounded by tall pine trees and offers an amazing view of the Cedar River from the back porch. There are also well constructed steps that lead all the way down to the river. The comfortable living room furniture, large Smart TV, fast Internet made it possible for us to log into our streaming services so that...

「The stay was really great very peaceful and comfortable, only problem we had was we didn’t wanna leave but our work schedules made us leave we will definitely go back! Thank you for a great stay!!!」

「The place was so nice!! Comfortable furniture and beds and so cutely decorated!Extremely clean and well stocked with eveything you need.Teresa was super quick to reply with any questions I had. The view was incredible, loved watching the swans, herons and egrets as well as seeing the occasional deer.」

「Property was very nice and convenient to where we were going in Mt Pleasant and Midland One item to improve on is having some K-cup coffee pods available for your Keurig coffee maker Will be back next year」

「The backyard was very relaxing. Beach access was also very pleasant.」

「This was a wonderful spot to stay and the host was friendly and communicative. The location was great and it is easy to access Beaverton and pick up essentials from the store only a few minutes down the road. The back yard and patio/porch areas are very neat! We also really enjoyed the provided games, pool table and air hockey table!」

「Spent 4th of July weekend with our family and kids and it was a wonderful stay. Cabin was fully equipped, the kids enjoyed the pool, fishing and using the kayak and paddle boats. The host Bryan was very communicative and available for any questions that we had. It was a very hot weekend so the temp in the upstairs bedrooms would get hot and humid, but Bryan did let us know that it's a long cabin with lots of windows so there were no surprises there. All in all it was a great stay and would book...

「It is a lovely property with an expansive view over the meadow that has sprung up where the lake used to be. Hosts are very kind and have stocked the kitchen and house with every amenity that one can think of. It is a nice place for a family get together.」

「The stay was fantastic! The cabin has all the amenities needed, the kayaks and canoes are great. The river isn’t great for swimming but otherwise everything was fantastic, highly recommend staying if you want somewhere to unplug and reconnect with nature」

「Noisiest place I've ever stayed no sleep minisplit never turn theres water on floor in front of toilet after I dried it off」
