“We have been coming to this Marriott property annually to visit our grandchildren and when we arrived, they said the pool was closed for deep cleaning when in fact it was a broken pump and every day we were told was being fixed and never was until our last night there. They had a note on the pool saying due to anyone inconvenience please ask at the front desk for special accommodations.
I spoke with Kathey the manager and asked if we could switch to another room as the fold our couch was like……
