Fantastic Family Trip!

We had a fantastic experience staying here. The room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The beds were soft and comfortable. The kitchen was decently supplied with essentials for meals in the room. And the amenities were fantastic—the pool, mini golf, the grounds, the bakery and restaurants. We had so much fun and hardly left the property for our entire trip!

Nice view, good contact- a little dated.

All amenities have a fee attached. All furnishings are dated. Several amenities like the bar was not opened if the resort is not full. Make your plans for other off property fun.

Dirty Carpets

The property is nice but the room is very dated. The carpets were very dirty. We ended up putting towels all over the floors so that it felt a little cleaner. We tried vacuuming but the vacuum is broken. We worked on it and finally got the nozzle to work so we cleaned that way. The kitchen tile was also dirty. When I washed it my towel was completely gray. A broom and dustpan would be great to have as well. I was somewhat disappointed with the room because of these things. I

Amenities were great

We enjoyed our stay at the Zermatt. The amenities kept the family busy for a good portion of our brief stay. The Villa was roomy enough for our family to enjoy time inside. The only problems we encountered were the parking pass was no where to be found and there were box elder bugs that had gotten into the villa. They are around in this part of utah late summer, and they aren't harmful, but just kind of gross. The lack of parking pass wasn't a problem because the main lot wasn't crowded, so we were able to park there. We would definitely stay again. The villa was great for our needs.

Exceeded Expectations

Our stay was fantastic. Room was perfectly clean and stocked with everything we needed. Management was very attentive and promptly fixed one small issue. We will be using this company for all our Midway adventures!
