Very nice property, clean

Very nice property, clean room, great restaurants and friendly people. We had asked for a roll away when I reserved the room, but there wasn't one inside upon check in. I called and requested one and was told I would receive a call or text from someone but never did. Unfortunately we didn't ever get a roll away and one of us had to sleep on the floor two nights.

No customer service

When I needed to leave a night early because of an emergency, they were not able to offer any reimbursement although I stayed for a week - unfortunately that is very poor costumer service and next time I will book a different accommodation.
