「I liked the Amenities it had there for the kids to enjoy like the giant chest game area, mini golf and the carousel that kids enjoyed and the restaurants near by didn’t try the pools but would definitely will be visiting this place again.」

「The staff were very warm and helpful, and the hotel environment was great. Everyone was willing to assist us, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made our stay very comfortable.」

「It would have been a high quality room at one time but it’s worn with chips out of the porcelain. It wasn’t really clean but not bad either. The bed was really comfortable but very high and hard to get into. They should have a step stool but instead I had to resort to stepping on the edge of a wobbly chair.」

「Nice」

「This was perfect for our family. It was clean, location was great, and very accommodating. The beds were our only complaint; a pillow top cover on the king bed would be a nice inexpensive upgrade. If they did that I would definitely rent this again.」

「Easy check in, we love the zermatt. The only problem was the room wouldn’t get any cooler than 75° so sleeping was pretty tough. Hopefully that’s fixed now」

「The only 2 things I wished it had was a mini fridge and microwave. With no food options convenient near by, we had leftovers and couldn't heat them up after hours. Or anywhere to store cold drinks and food. Other then that love the Zurmatt 」

「Pet friendly and close to wedding venue.」

「The pool was great and the restaurant was very nice」

「There was no running Hot water. when we were ready to take a shower it was almost 10pm. I reached out to the host scott. he told me at 10pm i will be there in 20 minutes to fix. I heard nothing for over an hour. At 11:15 pm i reached back out and said I have still not heard from him it's been over an hour a response 10 minutes later from scott said it should be fixed but you have to run the hot water in the sink at the same time you run the shower. We tried this running both at the same time...

「The key card in the room didn't work. But other than that our stay was great. The grounds and facility were amazing and the room was in such a convenient location in the building. Thank you!」

「Lock problem , hot tub was cool one day」

「The room was clean, had recently been updated, and offered a great experience. I've stayed in a regular room at the hotel, and this was a significant upgrade, with better beds, a bathroom, and lounge chairs.」

「Had a great stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were exactly what I needed, and everything was in great working order. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!」

「Host cancelled my reservation 9 days before my stay, which I had made a year in advance. It was a holiday weekend and Swiss Days in Midway and was too late to make other accommodations.」

「The checkin process was not great. I had to call them to get instruction and then it took me a long time to find the actual room because of the lack of directions. The microwave never worked, the tv remote didn’t work. The hosts weren’t very response, I had to call to get a response because they wouldn’t reply over text. Wouldn’t stay there again.」

「Stagnant urine in toilet upon arrival. Lamp switch broken. Had to plug and unplug to operate. Bathroom outlet not operable last morning. Coffee pods for only one day. Coffee machine not cleaned from previous tenant. Poor water pressure. No Kleenex in room. Dusty. Tried to call front desk — no phone in room?? Worn furniture. Bed and pillows okay.」
