"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more...

"Very nice apartment with outdoor patio. Our unit was on the bottom floor. Location is outstanding. Nearby restaurants were amazing. Beach was beautiful. Highly recommend this location. Only downside is the bedroom. It's a loft which is very nice but low ceiling. Maybe 4 ft. The tight circular staircase could be difficult for seniors. I would suggest another unit."

"Super gute Lage, besser geht es nicht! Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Allerdings fehlt für einen längeren Aufenthalt noch Küchenausstattung, wie zum Beispiel gute Schneidebretter, Flaschenöffner (wollten wir selber kaufen und für die nächsten Gäste hinterlassen, leider keine kurzfristig gefunden), Frühstücksschalen, Eierbecher,...ggf. "Sehr neues und modernes Hotel. Tolles Personal was sich super um einen kümmert. Es ist noch nicht alles fertig, dadurch hört man tagsüber ab und zu Bau Geräusche. Insgesamt wird aber schon darauf geachtet das es nicht zu viel ist. Wir hatten einen LUX Zimmer das wirklich schön war. Toller Balkon mit Liege und Loungemöbel. Eine Küchenzeile war auch mit im Zimmer. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. Besonders schön war auch,dass es einen Shuttle Service direkt in den Ort gab. So spart man sich...

"Das Appartement war super 👍 sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Jederzeit wieder👍👍"

"Sauberkeit war top. Entäuschend das Büro. Meine Kaution soll einbehalten werden weil ich den Schlüssel nicht abgegeben habe. Ich habe einen Code von dem Büro bekommen. Wir sind einen tag früher abgereist. Ich habe den Schlüssel deshalb in den Tresor gelegt neben dem Büro. Trotzdem haben sie den Schlüssel angeblich nicht bekommen und ich soll für den Schlössertausch zahlen. Ganz toll.. sun & Snow nie wieder....."

"Wir waren 2 Personen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Leider war unser Bett nur 1,40 cm breit mit einer Matratze.Jede Bewegung weckte den Partner auf. Haben deshalb getrennt im Wohn- bzw. Schlafzimmer.geschlafen. Sehr hellhöriges Haus. Extrem wenig Geschirr, z.B. keine Eierbecher, pro Tag nur 1 Kaffee-Filtertüte. Für 4 Pers. ungeeignet. Zur Uferpromenade ca. 25 Min. Fußweg. "

"Diese Unterkunft hat kein privater Parkplatz obwohl es auf der Seite mit Parkplatz steht, total unübersichtlich! Wer mit Parkplatz eine Unterkunft sucht muss sich am besten Nachfrage! Sonst die Unterkunft hat alles was mann zum kocken braucht, leider muss die Sauberkeit besser werden. Als wir eingezogen sind waren überall auf den boden Flecken von Vermieter, war nicht so schön ."
