About this property

CANTABRIA COAST APARTMENT.

  • The Costa Cantabria apartment is located 15 minutes from the city of Santander, Seve Bellesteros Airport, El Sardinero, and the Palacio de la Madalena, among other attractions. The apartment is surrounded by beautiful beaches, notably Marzán Beach—just 800 metres from the accommodation—as well as Los Caballos Beach and El Huevo Beach.
    It’s a very quiet town with lush vegetation, where our guests can also enjoy water activities thanks to the surf school located right on Marzán Beach. Right on Marzán Beach is the restaurant El Chiringuito de Cuchía. Near the accommodation is the 18-hole Abra del Pas Golf Course.
    Just 200 metres from the apartment, you’ll find paddle tennis courts, a café-bar, a supermarket, and a bus stop.

    The apartment is located in a fully fenced private residential community and has a private garage. The apartment features 2 bedrooms with 50-inch Smart TVs and ceiling fans with LED lights, a living room with a 65-inch Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with a bathtub, a well-located 34-square-meter terrace equipped with an awning, table, chairs, and hammocks, plus a 50-square-meter garden.
