“Alles gut 💪”

“We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The apartment is nicely furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our 11day trip and centrally located. Llucmajor's placa major is in walking distance and most of the destination on the island are in max 90min driving distance. Our host Andrew was super friendly and available for any questions throughout our stay.”

“When we booked it showed the location in a different area closer to the city center when the area was over a 20 minute drive from the city center. Listing also said it was non smoking but when we arrived the smell of smoke made it hard to breath. Many amenities that were listed were not included such as wifi and AC. We ended up not staying at here due to these issues. We do not recommend this property it is very disappointing.”

“Prachtige plek. Zeer schoon en verzorgd complex. Overal staan ligbedjes op het gras en er is veel schaduw. Keuze uit 2 zwembaden of lekker in de zee zwemmen. Lekkere koffie bij de poolbar. Brood haal je bij de Spar aan de overkant. Haal al je andere boodschappen bij Mercadona op 10 min rijden, wat een geweldige en goedkope supermarkt!! Appartement was schoon en ruim, zorg dat je er 1 met airco boekt want zonder is niet te doen in de zomer. Vriendelijke medewerkers, iedere 2 dagen schone……

“Alles Top, super Aussicht, auch in der Wohnung alles gut, gute Matratzen und man hat alles was man braucht. Allerdings gut zu wissen das in der Saison jeden Abend bis 23.30 Uhr laute Musik und Party Stimmung herrscht. Wir haben es trotzdem genossen obwohl wir manchmal gerne etwas Ruhe gehabt hätten. Aber alles in allem sehr gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis. ”

“Great location, giving diff options for evenings out, short walk to the marina, then onto Cala d’or centre or over to Cala egos. Beach mile away. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, well equipped apartment. Great door locks so no stressing about keys. Pleasant communication with property manager. Thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful apartment.”

“Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Maisonette-Wohnung 206 von Rubi im El Pino in Cala Ferrera. Die Wohnung im typisch mallorquinischen Stil ist sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und ausreichend ausgestattet – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ein besonderes Highlight: Beide Terrassen bieten einen traumhaften Blick auf den Strand. Von der unteren Terrasse gelangt man direkt zum Pool, der täglich gereinigt und immer sauber und einladend war. Die Anlage ist ruhig und gepflegt, die Lage……

“Alles super - sauber, gemütlich, geräumig...Das Einzige, was wir bemängeln müssen, ist die Situation mit den Parkplätzen. Für 5 Wohnungen waren nur 4 Parkplätze vorhanden. Wer kommt zuerst, der mahlt zuerst :))”

“Hermoso departamento. Las imagenes publicadas son adecuadas. Dos observaciones: en el complejo hay shows con sonido muy fuerte hasta las 23 y 30 horas, frente al departamento, lo q resulta molesto. Seria conveniente que se publique q el departamento está en segundo piso, por escaleras y no hay ascensor.”

“We loved our stay in St. Jordi! This 2 story apartment was so well kept and vary spacious for our family of 4. The patio was so cute and nice to have time to sit and relax. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, as well as some beach supplies in the storage closet. We did use the parking and it was very convenient (narrow dryway fyi). Joan was so nice and easy to work with when we had questions and needed to communicate. The location is great and you can do a lot even without a car.……

“Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für zwei bis drei Leute. Wunderschön gelegen in einem sehr ruhigen Ort. In der Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht. Die zahlreichen Handtücher und der großzügige Stauraum haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war ausgezeichnet und wird mir in Erinnerung bleiben. Sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”
