“A fabulous location! The cottage was well equipped with goodies on arrival. I would say not suitable for young children or elderly people with any mobility issues. Cala Santanyí out of season is very quiet and no shops to buy supplies so make sure you grab some on your way. Would recommend Cafe Drac for food.”

“We had a perfect 10 day break at Villa Sylvia. Location is spot on, 5 minutes walk to the Marina, a little further one way to cala egos, 20 minutes walk in the other direction to cala dor. And 5 minutes car journey into Porto Petro. The pool suited our teenage boys great. It’s huge! With a large private garden. The villa itself has been modernised to a lovely standard. All bedrooms were a generous size and air conditioning worked great. Raquel the owner / host was very good and contactable……

“I can’t emphasize enough how amazing this home is… and I am already dreaming about going back!The house is big and spacious, with gorgeous views everywhere you look. It was immaculately clean. The pool was great! We jumped right into the ocean from the rocks outside and walked to several local restaurants for dinners. Couldn’t have chosen a better location!Check in/out and all our communication with Maria was seamless. She suspected we would be hungry after arriving in afternoon and took liberty……

“Very good location. We rented a car and could reach many different beaches within few minutes. The village also has several restaurants at walking distance. A very quiet neighborhood too.”

“The place was easy to get to from Palma (a couple of straightforward buses). Some local amenities like grocery stores and restaurants were close and of good quality. Greatest thing about it was how close it was to the main beach and easy access to other beaches via bus or your own transport.However, it was disappointing that the water in the house was salty and some of the equipment wasn't functioning when we got there (e.g. kitchen exhaust fan standing fan) but fortunately the caretakers were……

“Liked the house and its location , Not everyone comes with a car so the removal of rubbish can be a lot of work ,so to offer a service for this even at more cost would be great ,the timer for the air Conditioning was not great ,we are not used to the heat at night so the air conditioning shutting down at 3 am made it really hard to and I think we pay enough that we should have air conditioning throughout the night”

“This was a cute little house with a lovely garden area and a well-provisioned kitchen. While there was no A/C (which we knew beforehand), there were plenty of fans that we were able to use to keep fairly cool.”
