“The finca delivered exactly what was promised in the description. Everything was very clean and well-equipped. Especially convenient: there were plenty of towels, and we could easily wash them using the washing machine.What mattered most to me was the dishwasher, which we used regularly – especially since we often enjoyed dinner at the lovely barbecue grill in the evenings. “Die Lage ist einfach sensationell! Schönes kleines Fischerhäuschen direkt am Wasser. Im Haus sind alle elektronischen Geräte (sogar ein Stabmixer!) des täglichen Bedarfs vorhanden. Den Geschirrspüler würde ich an Stelle des Eigentümers austauschen. Hier hat die Meeresluft mit der salzhaltigen Luft ihr Werk verrichtet. “We (a group of 6 people) had a fantastic stay in „myrenthousemallorca“! It is a wonderful place with great views to the harbour of Cala Figuera! The interior decoration looks stylish/lovely with attention to detail!. The house is very spacious, it is „fully equipped“ with everything one needs for a holiday on Mallorca: parasol, coolbags and blankets for your trip to the beach, all you need for cooking, sufficient dishes and a barbecue grill with all the necessary equipment. “We had a perfect 10 day break at Villa Sylvia. Location is spot on, 5 minutes walk to the Marina, a little further one way to cala egos, 20 minutes walk in the other direction to cala dor. And 5 minutes car journey into Porto Petro. The pool suited our teenage boys great. It’s huge! With a large private garden. The villa itself has been modernised to a lovely standard. All bedrooms were a generous size and air conditioning worked great. Raquel the owner / host was very good and contactable……

“The place was easy to get to from Palma (a couple of straightforward buses). Some local amenities like grocery stores and restaurants were close and of good quality. Greatest thing about it was how close it was to the main beach and easy access to other beaches via bus or your own transport.However, it was disappointing that the water in the house was salty and some of the equipment wasn't functioning when we got there (e.g. kitchen exhaust fan standing fan) but fortunately the caretakers were……
