Vistamar Apartment is new to the holiday rental market for 2024. It is a well equipped apartment only 200 metres from the beach and 650 metres from the popular beachside town of La Cala de Mijas. Both Malaga airport and Marbella can be reached in around 20 minutes by car. La Cala de Mijas has full facilities with many bars and restaurants, a sandy beach, and a weekly market. There are several golf courses in the area, and the centrally located Tourist Information Centre will be able to provide information on the area. The boardwalk at la Cala de Mijas is around 6 kms in length, and joins the Malaga Coastal Path, which ultimately will cover 163 kms of the coast. Transport in the area is good, with taxis and buses readily available.
Vistamar apartment is very well equipped, and has a hallway, large living room, sunlounge, kitchen, breakfast room, two full double bedrooms, and a luxury bathroom. There is hot and cold air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of cupboards, and an electric hob, electric oven and microwave oven. There is also a fridge freezer, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto coffee machines, kettle and toaster. A washing machine is provided. All cutlery, crockery, mugs, glasses, etc. are provided. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, and drawers. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.
Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Guests need to bring pool/beach towels. A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request at extra cost. In the living room there is a 50 inch Smart TV with UK TV channels, and 600 Mbps fibre broadband is included. All the windows have integrated blinds.
This is a proper two bedroom apartment, nobody sleeps in the living room!
As well as the beach, there is a large communal swimming pool surrounded by gardens, and the pool is open for use all year round. We provide two sunbeds and two deck chairs for the use of guests around the pool.
Access to Vistamar Apartment is excellent. It is located on the ground floor and there are no steps at all from the street to the apartment. Also the gardens and pool can be reached without any steps. There is private parking and also free on street parking. It takes 4 minutes to walk to the beach and 11 minutes to the town. Very close to the apartment there is a mini market and pizza restaurant and take away, and within 5 minutes walk there are several bars and restaurants. The main supermarket, Mercadona, is also very close by, within walking distance.
