60 km north of Mikkeli, L. Kyyvesi 600 m, (length 40 km, width 10 km) natural state boat beach shallow and soft in shared use (deeper muddy, water level may vary, ), own boat (nr 1920), no safe jacket.
Wooden cottage 1958, renovated 2019, kitchen/living room convertible sofa bed and SMART TV, bedroom with 120 cm wide bed, bedroom with double bed (width 160 cm), hall, porch. Sauna (electric stove), bathroom with shower, WC and dressing room.
Outbuilding in summer use, built in 2004, 16 m², 2 beds, electric heating and electric light, woodshed.
In summer use separate sauna on the cottage yard (it is not a lakeside sauna) with wood fired stove, dressing room with sleeping sofa for two persons, (no shower). Water has to be carried from the main cottage (there is a faucet on the main cottage's outer wall for that), electricity.
The owner collects a deposit of 150 e in advance to her account.
TV visibility is partly poor in the area. Charging electric and hybrid cars at the cottage is prohibited.
Main road no. 4474 is 25 m away, with little traffic and spruce hedge between road and cottage. Traditional so-called “grandmother’s cottage” with grassed yard/garden. During renovation in 2019 interior has been totally renovated: for example walls, floors, sauna and bathroom, kitchen and domestic appliances. Plot covers 2000 m². Main road no. 4474 is 25 m away, with spruce hedge between road and cottage. Boat shore by the lake Kyyvesi is public; also cottage's boat is located there. Fish stock in lake Kyyvesi consists of pike perch, pike, bream and perch.
Outbuilding for summer use only. Cottage is meant for max 5 persons and during summer time (when outbuilding is in use) for max 7 persons. Sofabed in sauna building can be used as an alternative extra bed.
Mobile shop 300 m (own timetable), Nykälänkosket rapids 3 km (salmon fishing), Haukivuori horse riding school 1 km, Toivonharju horse riding stables 8 km, Pieksämäki 30 km, Häkärinteet ski resort 50 km, Kangasniemi 30 km.
