Staff... not helpful. No communication among them. Avoid job. Breakfast is very good but better to go early to enjoy. Location is good. Only some of hotel staffs ruined my experience.

The location just behind the Duomo was completely ideal. The room was very comfortable and they made the room up twice a day with chocolates at night.
