In comparison to the same hotel in Florence, C Hotel, Joy. The service in Florence and attention to detail at the same hotel was far superior to the one we stayed in Milan. Florence hotel management style with the personal touches was far more pleasing.

We showed up to the hotel and booked 2 premium superior rooms. When we arrived they said they have the rooms in an Annex building which was not a hotel with a lobby. It was a building with apartments and we were out on the 5th floor. Room was ok the biggest issue was the ac did not work. We spoke to manager and they sent several employees to make sure we had ac unit on correctly. We slept in a very hot room because the ac did not work, very disappointed.
