Despite a little hiccup on check-in (being double billed for everything) the staff were superb, rooms are well finished and have everything you need. Breakfast is great up on the top floor. Location is perfect for the central sights and 5/10mins from the metro. Loads of restaurants up towards Brera area.

Wife and I went to Milan to see an opera at la Scala. A friend had recommended this new Hotel. Very short walk to the theater - so also close to galleria and duomo. Staff all extremely helpful, attentive and very nice. Made dinner reservations- all walkable and very good places.

The hotel was incredibly helpful, they sorted out the mistakes made by Hotels.com customer service. The rooms were clean and spacious. hotels.com did not specify that the rooms are not always suitable for extra beds, so bear that in mind when you book for children!

The hotel is very beautiful, with excellent facilities – everything is new and conveniently located for walking. The front desk and concierge staff are very friendly and helpful, but the restaurant/rooftop team is quite the opposite – they’re snobbish and leave you talking to yourself. You have to get up and look for them to order a drink or ask for the check – a total disappointment. For a luxury service, as they advertise themselves, they need to improve this ASAP.

Alles war sehr gut. Nur, dass wir unsere Pässe im Safe vergessen haben und wir nach 10 tagen merkten das es im Hotel ist und obwohl wir eine Mitgliedschaft bei denen haben uns nicht mal Bescheid gegeben wurde. Leider mussten wir 10 mal anrufen und an 4 verschiedenen Orten fahren (4 verschiedenen Polizeistationen) um unsere Pässe zu bekommen. Die Kommunikation war nicht so, sonst alles sehr gut
