The extension of the hotel , they only informed us after we booked it, the worst is they kept of turning off of our air conditioning inside our room that we have to call 3 times in the lobby to turn it on, very very disappointing because when we checked out and informed about it , the receptionist is more concerned about our payment on the city tax instead of taking care of the issue,,, i am not sure if we are going back to this hotel again,, we always booked this hotel every time we are in milan,,"
