Great location but almost nothing in the apartment worked.
Most of lights were not working upon arrival. Someone came and repaired them the next day.
Most of power sockets don’t work, hair dryer impossible to be plugged in, kettle doesn’t work, new kettle arrived the third day but because the socket doesn’t work in the kitchen, it’s hard to test it out.
The gas was leaking a bit from under the sink, because I didn’t have a kettle so I had to turn the gas on and off when I need to boil water on the stove.
I hope they could repair the apartment !
