I was contacted by the owner on the day via whatsapp and was very friendly English speaker that helped direct me from the station to the place. Staff were great and the checkin process was easy. Good selection of breakfast items. The room was very warm but we could open the windows. The only thing was the sofa bed was very squeeky. Location was great for the tricolore metro and could get to the center in 1 stop.

Personnel agréable et serviable, l'hôtel est placé dans un quartier tranquille. Par contre, attention à l'isolation dans la chambre si vous êtes sensible au bruit, nous avons eu quelqu'un qui courrait au dessus de nos têtes matin et soir) Le chambre est propre mais un nettoyage de fond serait nécessaire (ex des grilles d'aération). Enfin, les photos agrandissent beaucoup la chambre: prendre le petit déjeuner à deux en chambre double est inconfortable. Peu de place pour s'installer.

As the name says, it’s a B&B. It provides a comfy bed and a place to rest and a good daily breakfast. Check-in was quick, the guy was friendly and responsive to any question/concerns. Daily cleaning and new towels are provided. It seems the location is in good part of Milan with easy public transit access. The Duomo and other attractions are within walking distance if mobility is not an issue. If transit is required, there are 2 metro stations within 500 meters and much closer tram stops. We took the S9 tram line from and to Milan Centrale train station. Overall we were happy with the stay.

The staff were super amazing. However the A/C in our room was dripping waster into the room. The shower would alternate between very cold and hot water while you are showing. The room seem to be refurbished but you could see dirt in the creases and corners. I hope those are not molds. Because of how welcoming the staff were, I wanted to overlook it, but I wasn't other visitors to be aware

Good email instructions for how to get in. Manager met me at reception and showed me the ropes for after-hours access, very easy. No dining room, so you pick your breakfast from a menu (with many options) and they bring it to your room at a time that suits you. That’s service! Nice area, very walkable. Manager also provided a list of good restaurants and cocktail bars, both in the area and some further away. I tried a couple and was not disappointed.

This was a great place to stay at a reasonable price for the three nights I was visiting Milan and the surrounding area. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was very comfortable and clean. I've stayed in various apartments and BnB's in Italy before, so I can attest that this is a very nice one! I really appreciated the mini fridge that was stocked with drinks for purchase. I arrived much later at night than I had expected, and I was so grateful for the cold drink in my room so that I didn't have to go out in the dark on my first night there. The location made it very easier to catch buses, trams, and Metros (all use the same ticket system so I just purchased a 3-day pass) to see all the major sites in Milan. I am a single woman who has traveled alone in Italy before, and I felt very safe here.

Fake hotel façade pictures, no hot water so ice cold showers for two days with no resolution, breakfast had to be requested and would come short of items, shower leaked everywhere, coffee maker leaked everywhere, A/C leaked everywhere, our towels were used for cleaning leaks not our own showers, just ridiculous, owner rude and told us at 8 pm first day we had no hot water and it should get fixed next day. Never did and we had to freeze in ice cold shower again, all he said was ‘OOPS SORRY!’ No resolution. This is not a hotel, it is far from tourist attractions, it is a residential building in a common street and you have to go through some ridiculous rituals of codes and keys to get in after 5 pm, climb 2 floors of stairs, etc more like a B&B. The picture shown is NOT the hotel, it is some random picture, beware!
