We booked this room near the airport so we could get a good night of sleep before an early flight. However, several dozen guests were noisy throughout the hotel lobby and parking lot (outside my window) until 1:00 am. When I asked the front desk attendant about it, he said there was nothing he would do. The air conditioning in the room also did not work. We ended up not getting any sleep. Do not use this hotel if you need to sleep at night. The rooms are very noisy and hot.

The staff were friendly but they over charged for3 nights just for us landing and sleeping it cost £100 and the rest of the nights was ok. They did their best but could of done better. We spent £470 on a 3 night stay which it told us originally £373 and they charge for drinking their water but don't tell us. There were limited Italian workers that spoke English and when we got there there was no one at the front desk ... Charge less prices if someone is gonna just land and sleep like maybe £50 ... Crazy !!

A perfect, clean and pleasant hotel in Lombardy

Arrived at the hotel very late into the evening after public transport strikes in Milan (with 5 minutes notice!) threw plans into disarray. Regardless, was greeted very kindly by the receptionist at the hotel, who spoke good English - and explained some housekeeping details. I did struggle to get power to the room at first - the location of the card-holder seemed quite odd. The TV only showed Italian channels, which might not be ideal if you plan to spend more time in the hotel relaxing. The beds were a good quality - comfortable, and I had two great nights' sleep. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and very clean. The room was spacious enough. Minibar had Moretti, fanta, coca-cola and water but only one of each. Fine for me as I was a solo traveller, but not sure if they add more if there are more people in the room. Room was cleaned (and organised!) very well by staff in the morning, was pleasant to see when I returned on the second evening. Hotel is situated next to a local ambulance station. My room was the closest to the station (215) but the soundproofing is so good I could barely hear the sirens and it wasn't an issue. Transport links to the village are poor. I was lucky to have a friend who lives locally to pick me up and drive me around but the last bus is 6pm - none on Sundays. Buscate is a nice quaint village with a supermarket and some cafés, not much else of note. I can see why the hotel is so highly rated and would definitely go again.

Dell'hotel non mi è piaciuto il fatto che nonostante avessi chiesto una camera in posizione tranquilla mi hanno invece assegnato una camera al primo piano con un vicino al piano di sopra che all'una di notte spostava mobili.....

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig jedoch nicht wirklich sauber Die Dusche schmutzig und die Brause extrem verkalkt. Die Klimaanlage leider auch mehr defekt als recht. Auf dem Balkon nicht mal eine Sitzgelegenheit Als Hotelgast konnten wir nicht mal unser Abendessen im Hauseigenen Restaurant einnehmen das es „ schwierig“ wird heute und vorallem öffnet dieses erst um 19.30 Uhr was mit einem kleinkind auch nicht optimal ist Für denn Preis hätten wir uns mehr vorgestellt Wir werden dieses hotel nicht mehr besuchen

Praktisk og greit overnattingssted nærme Milano Ma

Vi har benyttet dette hotellet to ganger i forbindelse med fly til/fra Milano Malpensa. Hotellet ligger nærme flyplassen og er rent og har vennlig betjening. Det er ingenting å se i nærheten, så hotellet egner seg best dersom man bare ønsker kort vei til flyplassen og ikke ønsker å kjøre inn i Milano. Rommene vi har fått har vært store, og frokosten er helt ok.

Quatre jours en amoureux réussis !

Buscate est une petite commune au calme, au milieu des champs, entre Milano où il est impossible de se garrer et le Lac majeur où la beauté et le calme sont au rendez-vous. C'était donc l'endroit idéale pour notre séjour en amoureux très réussi ! La population nous a semblé très authentique et sympatique. Toujours prête à vous aider, vous conseiller, vous expliquer. Parler français ou anglais n'est pas vraiment de mise mais on se comprend toujours dans la sympatie. La restauration de l'hotel est de premier ordre; choix, qualité et fraicheur des produits. Le personnel de l'hotel ne déroge pas, bien au contraire, grande classe à tout point de vue. Possibilité de prendre le bus à cent cinquante mètre de l'hotel pour Milano, prix 3 €/pers. plus ticket de metro. Nous avons connu un séjour et des gens haut et fort en couleur !
