The hotel room was large and spacious for a European hotel, clean and friendly staff. Location was central with shopping, restaurant and cafes right at the doorstep. 10minute walk to the Duomo and Galleria.

The room was wonderful with a lot of charm mixed with modern. The area was perfect and allowed many points of interest to be walkable. Great for two people and comfortable. My only complaint was this is definitely not somewhere where you could sleep in. Whether it's a morning text from the staff, or people moving things in the hall, the sreeet, the neighbours. You can hear every little noise.

Oltre alla posizione perfetta (angolo con via montenapoleone) il personale è stato di una gentilezza unica. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto ci ha seguito con una premura eccezionale: dall’inizio fino alla fine del soggiorno. Camera pulita, in ordine e con tutti i confort oltre che bella ed elegante. Questo soggiorno ci ha fatto venire voglia di tornare più spesso a milano. Best choice ever. Grazie ancora!!!

Onze aankomst verliep wat minder soepel dan verwacht. Het hotel (het hoofdgebouw) was slecht zichtbaar en niet duidelijk aangegeven, waardoor we in eerste instantie niet goed wisten waar we moesten zijn. Er is geen centrale receptie of herkenbare ontvangstbalie, wat het zoeken ter plaatse bemoeilijkte. We wisten dat we in een bijgebouw zouden verblijven, maar niet dat dit zich op een geheel andere locatie bevond. Daarnaast was er in de drukke winkelstraat nauwelijks ruimte om even te parkeren om uit te laden of in te checken, wat zorgde voor een wat stressvolle start. De receptioniste die we telefonisch spraken was vriendelijk, al was haar Engels door het sterke Italiaanse accent soms lastig te verstaan. Uiteindelijk werden we op de Via Senato opgewacht door een medewerker die ons met de auto kwam ophalen om de sleutels te overhandigen. Dat moment voelde even onoverzichtelijk, mede doordat onze auto tijdelijk zichtbaar verkeerd geparkeerd stond, waardoor we kort twijfelden aan de situatie. Die twijfel bleek ongegrond: de medewerker die met de auto aan kwam rijden was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eenmaal binnen verdween alle spanning / argwaan snel. De kamers, gelegen op de vierde verdieping van een bedrijfsverzamelgebouw, waren verrassend stijlvol, comfortabel en van hoge kwaliteit. Kortom: een wat chaotische en onduidelijke aankomst, maar daarna een zeer aangenaam en ontspannen verblijf. Topkamers. Dat dan weer wel.
