The room itself was very good and also the staff in a good location, but the hotel is in a 2nd floor and the access is not very easy you need a day of training to get in fine, they need to improve on that, and also very limited facilities and no parking , overall it was a good stay

This was such a pleasant hotel!! Lynda and Melissa were incredibly helpful with my bags and more than accommodating. They gave me a beautiful room. The beds were so comfy too. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel room was large and spacious for a European hotel, clean and friendly staff. Location was central with shopping, restaurant and cafes right at the doorstep. 10minute walk to the Duomo and Galleria.

This property was a last minute find for us, we were booked into one of their more modest rooms, but the room was freshly updated with what looked like a new bathroom. It was perfectly clean and the bed and bedding was very comfortable. The property itself is a little confusing to access. You are ‘buzzed in’ from the street and need to access an inner door to the lift/stairwell quickly before it closes and re-locks. I think it would be a difficult property to figure out if you were arriving in the dark. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The room was wonderful with a lot of charm mixed with modern. The area was perfect and allowed many points of interest to be walkable. Great for two people and comfortable. My only complaint was this is definitely not somewhere where you could sleep in. Whether it's a morning text from the staff, or people moving things in the hall, the sreeet, the neighbours. You can hear every little noise.

Good for shopping

The hotel was ok; the best thing was the location, if u like to shop could not be better The only problem was getting in and out. When we arrived there was no one to direct us and u need directions. However after there was always someone. Must nite the concierge service was good and helpful

The room was clean and very quiet and safe. The property was a little difficult to find initially but it was in a very convenient location in Milan, very central! The room and separate bathroom were both spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. However, the lighting in the room was less than adequate and the bathroom lighting was terrible. Overall it was a good stay!
