"Not as good as the last time we stayed a year ago, the hotel is looking a bit less clean. There is a noticeable shift in staff experience too, the service is not as good as our previous stay. The bar gets very busy in the evening, despite lots of staff working few glasses were collected and the tables were not wiped down at all during the evening. The tables had noticeable sticky rings from drinks glasses. In the room there were dusty floors in bathrooms and the communal areas not always hoovered (though it was Easter weekend). Some paint touch ups are now needed."

"The breakfast was amazing cooked fresh to your liking hot and tasty . The choice of cereals and fruits was exceptional . Spotlessly clean and fresh ,the attention to detail was delightful ,hand embroidered cotton table napkins ,and non spill classic white crockery ,all-round outstanding, nothing was too much trouble for the smiling attentive staff ."

"The couple who run this hotel are lovely and the cleaner is also lovely. The hotel is perfectly located with stunning views of the beach and sea (completely uninterrupted) and moments away from the heart of the Tenby. The rooms were clean and the towels were crisp. My only issue was the water pressure for the shower and the bath had jets but didn’t work. Once the hotel bathrooms get updated this will be the hotel to come to. "
