"The property itself is beautiful and the view is stunning! Great location too - close to shopping, restaurants, attractions. The property included basics but kitchenware was limited so cooking meals was a bit challenging. Also received checkin/checkout details later than expected. But no issues in the end. "

"The suite was very comfortable, extremely clean, and the owner extremely responsive, but the check-in instructions were unclear. There was a large and functional kitchen. We had a lovely visit to the Victoria area. The only caveat is that the property is just off a busy road, and there was no yoga space, as indicated in the description."

"This was an excellent location for our family, and worked perfect for our vacation to the Island. Being in Langford, just west of Victoria allowed us to easily access the city as well as explore north and west. Highly recommend visiting some of the Tide Pools and Lagoons in the nearby area."

"A welcome rest for three days after working our way down from Campbell River. The hotel is in a great location and has plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. We did not eat at the hotel as we wanted simple fayre in the morning and search out different cuisines via Trip Advisor. We had a two Queen bed room on the 2nd floor overlooking the ferry harbour area. Although the room was very good, after three days we found the beds a bit too hard and left with aches in our backs. Having two queen beds in the room did make it a bit roomy. Overall, a very good stay and we really enjoyed our visit. Thank you Grand Pacific."

"First, when I was checking in, they upgraded me to a better room- what a lovely surprise! The room was very nice, and the view was nice too. They made sure we understood how to access the parking area, and showed us some areas in Victoria that I was interested in on the map. If I had one small issue, it was that their pillows are very big and dense- not something I am used to- I likely should've asked if they had softer ones available. Everything else was FABULOUS!"
