"I was only there for a single night so I didn’t pay attention to anything but cleanliness. I arrived at 3:30 in the afternoon and was given a room key. When I arrived in my room I found potato chip crumbs on the carpeting. But the most alarming issue was (even though the bathroom was clean), the wash cloth used to scrub the tub was left balled up in a corner of the tub! I was there for a commencement ceremony at PSU Berhendt that evening and didn’t have time to complain or change rooms. I’ve never been in an IHG Property like this before!"

"Room had an odd smell but otherwise was sparklingly clean. Maybe there was wet carpet somewhere in the room or something. However after the air ran for awhile it dissipated. The housekeeping staff is seriously top notch. I have not stayed in a hotel room this clean in years. I am so appreciative. It was a simple room but an excellent price, is clean and has all the basics. Can’t do better than that. Good management and hardworking staff. Kudos"
