“This house is very nicely set up and perfect for two couples or a couple with children. Two bedrooms downstairs and two up. House is very nicely furnished and everything that you need Location is close to Beale Street and Bass Pro and St Jude. The owner was extremely helpful with dinner and breakfast recommendations. My first trip to Memphis and loved music on Beale Street - will definitely come back and would definitely stay at this vrbo when we do M”

“The apartment has 4 floors and the rooms are spaced out so there is privacy. The roof top deck was great to hand out but unable to view the bridge/river. Convenient to Beale Street, Peabody and Orpheum. Met neighbors and they were very friendly. There was racing on Friday night outside of the apartment and it was very loud. Otherwise the apartment/area was very quiet. The only thing we didn't understand was that we could not control the temperature of the thermostat. We had to text the host to……

“The property was gorgeous and so quiet. Close enough to enjoy the area in Memphis but far enough away to truly “get away”. Owners were incredibly gracious and always ready to help if need be. The accommodations lacked for nothing. Everything was thought of and wonderfully presented. It was comfortable and a true joy to come back to everyday during our stay. We will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend to anyone interested in staying in Memphis meadows.”

“WOW! I cannot say enough about Stephne's property and Stephne's communication! This home is absolutely lovely and oh, so comfortable. Beautifully appointed and the huge back yard is so nice to relax with a cup of coffee glass of wine. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely! Great to walk our pup around. We were able to host a few of our son's friends for dinner and games in the yard...a big hit with the guys and our pup. Stephne was extremely receptive to all of our questions and offered great……

The house was clean from top to bottom, there was even some food in the fridge for us to help ourselves. Everything you need for a great stay, and a comfortable stay was at your fingertips. “This is a gorgeous property with all the character you’d expect from a historic home, but also exceptionally clean. Our stay got off to a bumpy start when we realized there was no hot water, and it was too late for someone to come out. However, the property manager had the entire hot water heater replaced by lunchtime the next day and we received a credit for the inconvenience. While we were specifically looking for something close to the Liberty Bowl (and this was walkable!), we’re also……

“This rental is so nice. The kitchen was well equipped and it is a very spacious home! The back yard is very nice and has a basketball goal (so bring a ball of your kids like to play! The beds were very comfortable. Location was great for us! We had a party of 9 and had plenty room! We will definitely be back.”
