"Something happened with my reservation here with my bank and a 3rd party app. So my reservation got canceled. I called the hotel and Cory answered and was very understanding and very helpful. I thought I was roomless over 1000 miles from home but he saved the day. He blocked a family suite so when we arrived it would be avaliable for us to check in. He didn't rush us and told us take our time and recommended places to eat on the way to the hotel. Our original room got booked due to the app cancelation but he put us in a room nearby identical just wasn't pool side. After our first night he moved us into the room we wanted for the rest of our stay. This hotel is under current renovation adding a bar and a food menu. Cory made us some chicken to try that he plans to put in the menu and it was fantastic! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. All staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return in the future. The owners of this hotel are very lucky to have Cory. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The breakfast is good. They have a pancake machine thats really cool to watch work. They also have pool tables to play on and a few arcade machines that we enjoyed. The swimming pool was a touch chilly at first but once you got used to it you were good. This area is hikers climbers and bikers dream come true. I cant wait to go back!"

"This is a beautiful place in a beautiful setting. The neighbors' views are blocked by trees. The view of the lake through the huge picture windows is amazing. We especially appreciated having a washer & dryer -- no trips to a laundromat! We swam & canoed and every question for the owner was answered promptly."

"This is a cabin on a lake. It's simple. No tv, microwave, washer/dryer or dishwasher. It has 2 bedrooms and a large living area. It was super clean. Basic cooking needs. Sometimes you need to be creative. The outdoor grill worked great. Best of all is the lake! Crisp clean water! Lots of fish caught off the dock. Definitely recommend!!"
