“We really enjoyed Elizabeth’s home. The views were wonderful, the home relaxing and comfortable. The walk into town was easy- although the walk back up the hill was challenging ( no fault of Betty’s haha) The location couldn’t have been better for the day excursions and it’s nice to be able to leave and return at will. Next time we are in County Kerry we will definitely visit again!”

“Everything was mostly clean, but using the water heater was an adjustment and neither of the toilets flushed correctly. That was quickly fixed by maintenance though. My only real complaint about the property was the noise level. It seems that these apartments are rented out to large groups of students who party and make an unbelievable amount of noise. Great amenities, not so great with the noise. ”

“We booked this property because of the space and amenities within it, thinking that it would be a good home base to go to Killarney and Dingle and the surrounding areas. What we didn't know is that the little town of Castlemaine has a fun life of it's very own and if you go to Griffin's (a 1-2 minute walk!) for dinner and move to the bar for drinks afterwards, you will have a fantastic time! The property itself is VERY comfortable, spacious and fun. It's so hard to find queen-sized beds, and……

“Smooth booking, cot and highchair provided as requested. Great kitchen and dining space with plenty of lovely kitchenware. Heating and hot water easy and preset. Beach near the property was lovely (need to go over slippy rocky pathway to access but kids and adults could do so). Views from house were mountains, green fields and farm animals, very peaceful. No one else on beach except the lovely dog who guided us. About 10 min drive to Dingle which has great bars ice cream shops, restaurants,……

“Location, location, location! Well appointed home only 7 min walk into town. Our family of 5 adults had plenty of room to stretch out, wash clothes at mid-point of our 8 day tour of Ireland, make a home cooked barbecue meal one night, etc. Hot tub was a welcome treat after a day of hiking. Property was super modern and spotlessly clean. Killarney our favorite town on the trip, and easy drive to Dingle peninsula and other areas.”

“Janet left us delicious honey and eggs from Eamon’s and her farm, much appreciated, and a good supply of peat for the 2 fireplaces (which we didn’t need). The “cottage” is a 3 bedroom house, and was very clean and well supplied. Enjoyed some breakfasts on the sunny mornings outside. We enjoyed fishing and walking at Fermoyle Beach, and walks in to Loch Duin, Brandon Point and Glanteenassig Forest. Ireland is lush, and spectacularly beautiful. I hope to return.”

“House was very spacious for our family of 11 which included 2 babies. Delighted that all rooms had en-suites with plenty of towels and all other necessary bathroom accessories. The pods for washing machine were great as we had to do a washing for baby. A lovely bowl of fruit and food in fridge were very welcome. The family were very helpful and friendly and we had a very special wedding weekend in dingle.”

“I wonderful stay for a large group of golfers in a spacious home with all the amenities. Comfortable beds and mini en suites. We walked to and from Killarney city center and had a wonderful time finishing the evening on the outside patio.”

“The house is wonderful. Very large, spotlessly clean, super nice, very close to town location. We stayed as an extended family of 6, it was great for everyone to have their own bedrooms and bath, which was a break from staying in hotels on the rest of the trip, highly recommended.”

“The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is big and roomy with high end finishes The bedrooms are huge with comfortable beds. 3 have on suite and the bedroom on the ground floor is right next to a full bath. Lots of space for everyone to find their own spots. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. We did several dinners there plus breakfasts. Loved the cows watching us. Owners are very responsive both before we arrived and during our stay. Collette even came with an extra coffee……

“Dentro de nuestro viaje por Irlanda fue el hotel que más disfrutamos. Un edificio hermoso al pie del lago y con ruinas de un castillo dentro del terreno. Nuestra habitación era muy espaciosa y contaba con un balcón con vista al lago y una mesa donde pudimos cenar con una excelente visión del castillo y el lago. El restaurante con buena comida y selección amplia. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en este hotel y definitivamente planeo regresar.”
