Welcome to your next getaway in the desirable and dog-friendly Bishop's Landing community! This spacious 4-bedroom home offers comfortable accommodations and a host of amenities to ensure a memorable stay. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for your stay with an additional pet deposit fee.

The property features a private guest suite, located off of the main house, with a full sized bed and private bathroom. In the main home, you'll find a first-floor bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second floor includes two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with both a queen and a full bed, making it perfect for larger groups.

The living room is spacious and ideal for relaxation, the kitchen is well equipped and the dining room offers a table for 8, plus additional seating at the kitchen island, provide plenty of space for meal preparation and gatherings. Outdoors, enjoy the back patio with comfortable seating and a gas grill, perfect for outdoor dining. There's also an inviting sitting area between the main house and the private guest suite, complete with a table and chairs.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Bishop's Landing is known for its top-notch amenities including a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pools, tennis courts, and walking trails. Enjoy the convenience of being close to local attractions, dining, shopping, and the beautiful beaches. The community also comes with a shuttle service that runs from the main clubhouse to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Guests are required to pay the prevailing rate and complete an application online prior to the start of the reservation. This property comes with 8 wristbands and 1 fob for entering the community pool. As per HOA, no additional bands or fobs can be purchased. $25 fee for lost wristband & a $50 fee for a lost fob will be charged to the Guest if those items are not returned on check out. The HOA is responsible for the cost and availability of any amenity in this community.
