Overall I had a positive stay! Wish I’d had access to the package room without making a phone call to Blueground, or to letting delivery people into the building. That’s done through a separate app that people who rent directly through Capitol 650 have. That said, responsiveness and service through Blueground were good. Apartment was fairly clean, amenities were nice, neighbors were quiet (though you can hear the doors in the hallway very clearly due to ventilation setup). I loved that they provided soap, toilet paper, even laundry pods to start you off.
