"Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff working the days we arrived/left were extremely friendly and accommodating. However the staff during the middle of our stay was not.
The pool and hot tub area was clean but the hot tub bubbling mechanism was not working.
We had a mechanical problem with our toilet - the tank was not holding water and could not flush. I was told several times (the night it occurred, the morning before we left for the day, & the evening we returned) that it would be fixed but no one ever came. So I fixed it myself!
Also, on our second day, a family of two women and five very young children had moved in directly across the hall. The children were constantly screaming and the mothers had placed piles of trash and soiled bedding in the hall. Which was there for two days! When I asked to be moved, I was offered the room right next door to them!?! Note, the hotel was far from full.
Side note, that same loud family was allowed to hang out in the dining area during breakfast. They had made a terrible mess with food and were fixing (combing etc) the children’s hair while they were sitting on the tables. Very unappetizing"
