Welcome to *PEACE-Waukee* located on Pewaukee Lake! This cheerful location is brimming with good vibes!
Excellent location off the highway and walking distance to downtown Pewaukee beach, shops and restaurants.
Our retro-style 3 bed/ 1 bath lake home comfortably sleeps 6 (7 with children), is dog friendly, and features stunning sunset views over the water. The large back deck, flat, grassy frontage, pier, firepit, and stocked amenities will provide a relaxing Lake-Cation all year round!

This Must Be the Place! This groovy lakefront home is the perfect location for much needed relaxation, visiting with family, fun-filled days on the water, and game nights with your groupies. This home is in a safe, residential community, and walking distance to the shops and beach in the Village of Pewaukee. We are stocked full of essentials for your comfort such as kitchen necessities, child amenities, games, and books galore! The spacious living room and lakefront bedroom feature huge picture windows that offer unbeatable sunset views over the calming water. The classic wood-paneling is reminiscent of the lake homes from beloved childhood memories. To bring that nostalgia to life, we decorated with a fun, retro aesthetic to bring a smile to your face.

*Please Note: This house is a duplex. This rental unit is the entire first floor, basement, and back patio deck. There are NO interior shared spaces or entrances, your space is completely private to you. We have long term tenants the live on the 2nd floor.

Outdoor living:
The extra-large back patio is the perfect place to watch the sunset, grill a meal, or gather around the firepit with wine and cheese (When in Wisconsin... ). The backyard features 65ft of flat, grassy frontage with plenty of room to spread out. Offers a gas grill, outdoor gas firepit and chairs, pier and a kid-friendly sandpit next to the water!
*4th of July* Walk downtown for a terrific parade and festivities and watch the phenomenal fireworks display from the home yard!!

The crisp fall nights enjoyed on the back patio around the fire as the leaves show their beautiful colors might be my favorite time of year. Ice Fishing is very popular during the winter months on Pewaukee Lake.
Oh and did we mention the sunset is spectacular all year long?!

Lake Life:
We are located walking distance to downtown Pewaukee shops and beachfront. Pontoon rental available in the summer! Or bring your own boat and tie up to our pier. Pewaukee Lake has multiple restaurants you can visit via boat. Rent a kayak or paddleboard from the local rental spots to soak up every minute of those long summer days. Walking distance to Pewaukee public beach. Pack your fishing poles all year round - Pewaukee is a premier Musky fishing lake! Pewaukee Lake is home to the largest Muskie population in southeastern Wisconsin. Ice Fishing is a very popular activity in winter.

Additional Amenities:
The bonus basement rec room offers another space to enjoy! This area has a designated workspace, a TV, fireplace, homemade bar, and windows that provide natural light and a view of the backyard. The washer and dryer are also located in the basement. Always on-site pack-n-play, highchair seat, toys, books and games, and plastic kitchenware. Also included WIFI, 2 Smart TVs, fresh linens and towels, shower dispensers, blow dryer, portable tower fans, ironing board, and lots of fun games and books.

Where to go/ What to do:
We are centrally located in the Lake Country Area, just a short walk to Pewaukee's downtown beachfront with public beach, shops and restaurants. The surrounding towns have lakes, parks, and restaurants in every direction!
Located only 30 mins to Milwaukee and 1 hour to Madison. 1.5 hours to Wisconsin Dells and 2 hours to Chicago.
