Great getaway in the woods!

We loved this property, tucked away in the woods with everything you’d need for a few days away. Kids loved the pool, we all enjoyed the hot tub and caught tons of fish. Thanks for the stay!

We loved our weekend stay when we were in the area for concerts at Alpine Valley. Clean, comfortable and fun, with the pool, hot tub and hiking paths on the lovely property. The plants in and around the house were inspiring. We would love to stay again if we are in the area!

A magical place

Loved everything about the house and property. House is definitely 70s mod, but it has charm and worked just fine for a few days trip. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The land is beautiful, so much to explore and see wildlife. It was a great escape from Chicago!

Daniel is a pleasure to deal with, so accommodating and nice! The location has evreything you need to just relax and unwind. Enough activities for everyone especially the pool. Loved the fishing pond and trails to get there, it’s just so serene & relaxing especially if you getting away from the city. You will not be disappointed at all when visiting Daniel’s location.

Nature, Nature Nature

This house is all about nature. From watching the chipmunks zooming around out the floor to ceiling windows or hanging out on the patio and swimming in the pool - you will be surrounded by wildflowers and birds chirping. The kitchen is well appointed and we had everything we needed. Thank you!

Incredible one-of-kind property

Our family had an amazing stay at the Kettle House. It’s truly a one-of-a-kind property that has been well-loved and cared for. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub, also brought our own fishing poles & had fun catching bass in the big pond! The house itself is so unique, with so much natural light and well thought out window placements that make you feel like you are part of the surrounding habitat. We will definitely book again!
