“The hotel is definitely NOT a 3-star hotel... the rooms are large, and relatively clean, but we had cockroaches in our room one night, and saw a rat in the hall... ”

“Highly suggest Hotel.com send the confirmation to hotels before our check-in date. We arrive at the midnight but the hotel couldn't find our record. But the service is friendly and helpful.”

“My family stayed there for 4 days, rooms have termites, there’s a charge for changing towels and cleaning the room before the third day. The whole time that we were there they never clean the room, I can't recommend it to people, but the decision is still up to them.”

“The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well. There were a couple of issues with the gents toilet seat and taps, which they weren't able to resolve in our week-long stay. Wi-Fi here is not great, but you don't go to Palawan to stay in all the……

“This is not a place I recommend if you expect a nice hotel. You have to cut the ac off when leaving your room. There were some kind of bugs in my bed that were biting me. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything. The noise from the street is loud. ”
