The 3-room apartment is an 80 square meter unit located on the first floor. It features a rustic furnishing style with a living/dining room that includes a TV, flat screen, radio, and CD-player. There are two bedrooms, one with a sloping ceiling and a french bed measuring 1 x 160 cm and 190 cm in length, and the other with a sloping ceiling and a french bed measuring 1 x 140 cm and 190 cm in length. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a freezer, and a combination microwave.

Amenities Included
The apartment includes a shower, separate WC, a balcony of 10 square meters with terrace furniture, and a washing machine. Internet (WiFi) is provided free of charge. Heating is not available in all rooms. The property allows one small pet/dog and is designated as non-smoking. A smoke alarm is present, and the apartment has a separate entrance accessible by an external staircase.
